Terms of Service — ZetaScripts

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZetaScripts. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ZetaScripts provides AI-powered transcription of audio and video files. Features and limits depend on your selected plan.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You may only upload content you own or have the right to transcribe.
You must not use the service for unlawful, infringing or abusive purposes.
You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service.
You must not submit abusive, threatening, discriminatory or sexually explicit material to general chat.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the media you upload and the transcripts you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service.

5. Community library and chat

You may submit a PDF to the public library only if you own it or have all permissions necessary to publish it. Submission does not guarantee publication: every document is subject to administrative review and may be rejected, removed, offered free of charge or assigned a price by ZetaScripts.

General chat is a moderated community space. We may filter, hide or remove messages, suspend chat access, or disable the chat where needed to protect users or enforce these Terms. Do not post personal, confidential, unlawful or infringing information.

6. Plans, billing & refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase as described on our Support page.

7. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality and is not guaranteed to be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZetaScripts is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.
