Get started with ZetaScripts
Everything you need to know to transcribe your first file and make the most of ZetaScripts.
1. Create an account
Sign up for free with your email or continue with Google. No credit card is required to start transcribing.
2. Upload your media
From your dashboard, drag & drop a file or click to browse. ZetaScripts accepts common audio and video formats:
- Audio: MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, OGG, AAC
- Video: MP4, MOV, MKV, WEBM, AVI
3. Choose your options
- Language: leave on Auto-detect or pick from 98+ languages.
- Timestamps: segment-level or precise word-level timing.
- Speaker labels: automatically identify different speakers.
4. Review & edit
Once processing finishes, your transcript appears with an interactive player. Click any word to jump to that moment, and fix any text inline.
5. Export
Download your transcript in the format you need:
- TXT — plain text
- SRT / VTT — subtitles for video
- TSV — spreadsheet-friendly with timestamps
- JSON — structured data for developers
Organizing with folders
Group related transcripts into folders to keep large projects tidy. Folders are unlimited on every plan.
The AI assistant
Chat with your transcript to generate summaries, extract action items, or translate the content into another language.
