Your recordings can be sensitive. We take protecting them seriously at every layer.
Encryption in transit
All traffic is protected with TLS so your uploads and transcripts stay private on the wire.
Automatic deletion
Uploaded media is removed after processing, and you can delete transcripts or your account at any time.
Access controls
Passwords are stored hashed, and access to production systems is strictly limited.
No data selling
We never sell your data or use your private recordings to train third-party models.
Data handling
Files are processed to generate transcripts and are not shared with any party other than the infrastructure providers required to run the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it privately so we can fix it before it is disclosed publicly. Do not access or modify data that is not yours.

Best practices for your account
- Use a strong, unique password.
- Do not share your login or API keys.
- Delete recordings you no longer need.
