This Privacy Policy explains how ZetaScripts ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use our transcription service. By using ZetaScripts, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and password (stored hashed).
• Uploaded media: the audio and video files you submit for transcription.
• Transcripts: the text generated from your media.
• Usage data: minutes used, storage consumed and basic technical logs.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Community content: public-library PDF metadata and general-chat messages that you choose to submit.

3. How we use your information

• To provide and operate the transcription service.
• To manage your account, subscription and billing.
• To improve reliability, performance and support.
• To communicate important service updates.
• To operate, secure and moderate the public library and general chat.

4. Public library and general chat

Publishing a PDF to the public library is optional. We require your explicit confirmation that you have the right to publish the document and that it contains no private or confidential information. Submitted PDFs remain pending until an administrator approves or rejects them. Approved documents may be offered free of charge or as a paid edition, as shown in the library.

General-chat messages are visible to other visitors while the chat is enabled. Messages may be filtered, hidden or retained for moderation and security purposes. Your name and email are not displayed with public-library submissions; chat messages display the account name you use in the service.

5. Data retention

Uploaded media is processed and may be deleted automatically after transcription. Transcripts and account data are retained while your account is active. You can remove a PDF you submitted to the public library from your account; it will no longer be listed publicly. Moderation records may be retained where necessary for security and enforcement.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers strictly necessary to run ZetaScripts (such as hosting and payment processing), and where required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email rabahallahcene@gmail.com.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
